I walked in to order my sandwich, as I was doing so the person behind the counter had just opened the cash register. She was obviously getting ready to do a cash drop. She saw me but ignored me...and then at a snail’s pace counter her money, double checked everything...I was at the counter over 4 minutes before she even once acknowledged my presence (I was the only one in the store). In a not so friendly voice, she did say, "Sorry for the wait, what can I get you?" I place my order. As she was putting on the condiments, I asked for heavy black olive. Her response as she is pointing to the empty bin where the olives should be, "We are out of black olives." "Completely out of black olives?" I asked. Without a word, she walks away (I assume to get some black olives). After waiting 2 minutes, still no sign of her, so I walked out of the store. I did call the store and spoke with the manager who was very appropriate, but I will never set foot in this Subway again.
