Provided by YP.comBEWARE OF THIS PLACE! This is the worst apartment complex you can find. I would get a copy of their lease agreement and notice all the fees that you will be charged. They will nickel and dime you to DEATH! They charge you 10% of your rent if you are ever late, even if you are on bill pay and the check gets lost in the mail. No courtesy call or anything, just a letter on your door with a 3 day notice to leave or pay your rent plus $150 late fee. They also charge you $50 to replace your pool key, which is a 50 cent piece of plastic. I did not want to pay that high fee so I can't use the gym, bathroom or pool, but have to pay for them each month in my rent. During the winter they have snow blowers going at all hours of the night and when I confronted the management about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Trains go back and forth all day and night, shaking the entire complex, they are doing endless construction starting at 6am every day, the complex has so many dogs that you are surrounded by barking day and night, the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear people's conversations in the apartment next to you, they will charge you for every little thing when you move out, from a little pin hole to dirty stove burner pans. They also charge you $80+ to clean your apartment, even if you have it professionally cleaned. The worst thing about this place is their management. Vivian and the rest of the staff, except for the maintenance crew, which are awesome by the way, treat people like idiots and talk down to them. Even the management above them don't listen or care about any issues or complaints you have. Don't waste your time here, you will regret it big time if you choose to live here. Make sure your family and friends know this as well.

Provided by YP.comWe fell in love with Park Lane Village for our small family. We are close to Station Park, have a nice apartment with upgrades and the Legacy trail is footsteps away. Unfortunately, someone moved in above us. We could hear every step, drawer closing, and yes, we could hear our neighbor use the restroom. The apartment rent is close to renting a home. Add in the mandatory media package ($99), power (what you use), "common area fees" ($25) and sewer/trash/water and you are overpaying for below average living. You keep on the hall lights, gas for the BBQ's/firepit, main office, clubhouse and gym lights. Garages/covered parking lighting as well. Once your lease is signed you are just a rent check. You can expect attitude from the staff if something is broken or if you have a complaint. As a resident, you have to call and leave a message because they rarely answer. You then hope they listen to your message and take care of the problem. They aren't very good at this. At all. They have a high turn-over rate, as every few months there seems to be a new person working in the front office. They often say whatever you want to hear in order for them to quickly get you out of the office. However, what was promised is rarely followed-through. I would not recommend living here to ANYONE. You can find other places around the area with a better staff and features.
