I am sorry that Wells Fargo is doing so poorly that they cannot afford to keep the drive up open.

I got two minor bank accounts with this bank at the beginning of the year. I didn't keep track of the money in the account because I was told there would be no charges. I figured it would be the amount I had put into the accounts when I checked them nine months later. The bank had charged my accounts $5.00 18 times! I had been there about five times since I opened it and no one said anything about the charges until my last visit which prompt me to check the accounts. When trying to fix this with the bank manager I was treated horribly. He told me I was "lucky" for being a veteran!?! Because I could get these accounts for no charge with bad credit? I told him to close the accounts and send me a check for what I was owed. I stomped out of there and he chased me out the door screaming my name and to have a nice day, if I come back he will call the cops!! Horrible customer service, no one should ever be treated like it is their fault for having their money stolen from them! The 800 wellsfargo number people helped me and were extremely nice. I do not ever recommend even going into this bank. They do not like or give veterans any respect. They judge and talk over you, then they will chase you out the door screaming at you, if it is their fault for charges on your account!
