First, my daughter used to go there every two weeks (about two years ago). She told me that "Angel Tips is going down the tubes" because everytime she made an appointment with a specific person, not only did she have to wait--sometimes 15-20 min.--but she never got the person with whom she made the appointment. I was in a pinch a few weeks ago and they are close, so I made an appointment with Jesse. When I got there, not only was she NOT ready, but she passed me off to someone who she said was "very good," and this other woman's hands were literally SHAKING while she did my nails. She kept missing spots, and I had to tell her! It sucked! Even in a pinch, I will never go there again. If I took the time to make an appointment with someone, that someone SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. They just lost a good customer, too, because I have manis/pedis once a week! I also have hair removal done every two weeks. It's just a horrible way to do business, no matter how much they apologize and smile at you. It means nothing if they don't honor their customers who make appointments ahead of time! I've taken my business elsewhere and will never set foot in that salon again!

I went here the other day and everyone was so nice. They did a great job on my nails and I will definitely be going back. It's hard to find a good nail salon and I'm so happy to find one so close to home. I recommend this place highly.
