Same opinion as other reviewers....the employees are rude (one in particular) and the return policy is unheard of. I have purchased from Just for you in the past for myself, daughters, and my mom. I have invested a lot of money in Pandora, Vera Bradley, Brigheton, and Fire n Ice bangles. I try to always support local business owners in my community over box shops/malls but supporting this one is difficult. No refunds whatsoever. Exchange only by 7 days. No benefit to the customer....on purchases that are not small by any means. Pandora at SHM will refund you the full amount if in the event the gift you buy is the wrong style or if you simply change your mind. I will be sure to tell hubby to shop elsewhere as well as all trends and family.

For a botique they have the worst customer service! I received a brighton necklace for christmas (as a gift) a few weeks after christmas when i finally saw the person and this stores return policy rediculous. Im not asking to return it, just exchange for something ill actually wear. WHAT A WASTE OF $50 my poor friend spent on me for something NOT MY STYLE. The manager was unwilling to accommodate (it was less then a week over the exchange period which was 1/15/16 (wow what a big deal). Their normal return policy is even worse 7-10 days exchange. WHO DOES THAT NOW A DAYS? ill shop else where, and i suggest you do as well.

This store carries Vera Bradley items, but refuses to exchange items that are brand new, still wrapped, with tags! Won't exchange, won't help you at all. Won't ever shop here again. Don't waste your time or get anyone a gift from here!

Place had a nice selection of things. Impressed with their selection of Pandora. But the help behind the counter was very snooty. Never got treated like that before at the mall.

I wasn't dressed my best just had to run a quick errand and i was passing by. I want to get a few pave charms for my pandora neckless. I waited while she finished up with another customer,then a woman and her daughter stood next to me and she pretends Im not there and helps the other woman who just got there, after I waited about 8 minutes. So I just walked out and will never walk back in. thats really too bad because I'm a BIG Pandora junkie along with Vera Bradley. I always like to shop the small neighborhood store, but I also like shopping with nice friendly people.

right here!! And The women at Just For You are so nice and down to earth..thank god I dont need any undo pressure!! Just try it you will like it. Oh yeah they have all the latest colors on the Vera line as well.
