awful. they processed an order over the phone for products paid for with debit card. they didnt confirm the name on card, the billing address or the security code on back!! poor business practices and they filled the order (sent to a different address than caller claimed was his). this company is either a fraud or careless in their business and legal practices. no ethics!! and each ot the 5 times I called, the president of the company (according to website) answered the phone, highly suspect for a national corporation!! usually, a caller cant ever get the president of the company on the phone. they were unwilling and obstinate when asked for details on the order, as the card number had been lifted from me. i had the card, so someone stole the number and exp date and was able to use it. either this company is involved or this was a test to see if the caller could get away with it. CMP was more concerned about their profit than to concern themselves with security of card numbers given over phone.. just awful!!!
