Farmville Middle School is a public school that is governed by Pitt County Schools and is located in Farmville, N.C. The school provides educational services to students in sixth through eighth grades. In addition to the core subjects, it conducts classes in band, Spanish, typing, strings and chorus. Farmville Middle School also provides coaching and training in a variety of athletic activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, baseball, soccer, softball and cheerleading. It maintains several school organizations, including Students Against Violence Everywhere and the yearbook group. Farmville Middle School has a media center that offers a collection of business and company databases, magazines, journals, newspapers and online research links as additional resources.
