I called to inquire about having a power supply replaced in my tower. When the person that answered the phone ( the owner ) was told that he would have to replace some of the cables he said "oh we don't do that." Then he went on to say to me "you sound like someone that knows about computers, you should do it yourself". It struck me as odd that a computer repair center wouldn't change out cables. Now after reading this other review I see that they don't want to deal with anyone that knows as much as they do.
