I have been in the market for a new better for about 3 months now and have looked at over a dozen different places drom the big box stores to mom and pop places, I had almost given up and just stuck with my bed. Then I saw a sign for the Furniture Direct and figured I will just check out the online reviews, and boy did I get an ear full of how bad everything was from service and delivery to product. Being in the sales industry I know that an unhappy customer is 12x more willing to leave a bad review so I talked to my husband and we decided maybe will just take a quick look. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and is there anything we can help you with? I never felt pressured or like they wanted to sell me just anything. Roger was very nice answered all my questions even some I felt silly about asking like what all the differences are and why this is better then that. When all was said and done we set up a delivery date and time that worked for me and non of that stupid block of time crap he said it will be here at this time and on this date and we had our new bed. So just wanted to say again learn from your own experience. Mine was great!

I agree with the kusstomer below! This place has worse customer service than any place I have ever been. RUN! They charge you, put the fine print of policy crap on the bottom of the invoice, and don't deliver. Then they yell at YOU when you get frustrated with their crap!
