If I could, I would only give them a half star. We booked a 2-hour slot from 10 to 12, and around 9 am. There were at least 6 or 7 pontoon boats sitting around. Boat Rosie was assigned to us. Lovely name - terrible boat. Canopy & seats were ripped and dirty. We asked to get a different one, but Julie in the office refused. I would have walked away and asked for our money back, but we were 2 families with kids, and the kids were so excited to go. Well, during the trip, one side of the canopy flew off, but we were able to fix it. All in all, we made it back safely, but we cut our time short. The boat was in terrible condition, and I have no explanation why we were given that one. When we came back around 11:15 am, there were still 5 or 6 boats available. Next time we will book again with Pleasure Point Marina in Big Bear Lake, as we had done last summer. They have better pricing (3 hours for $200), and their staff is fabulous.
