This is the WORST company out of all businesses in Northwest Arkansas. STAY AWAY!!! Do you homework and read all of the reviews everywhere.

Dishonest, cheating, lying, slumlords who never follow through or call back. They do just enough to sell the spot, then you're on your own.

Also important to note that there were thousands of cockroaches in my apartment the entire time I rented and I spent hundreds of my own money because they would never do anything about it.

I couldn't even host. So emberassing for them, or you would think, but nope, their pride blinds them from the cockroaches climbing out of the baseboards.

I rented from them one good time & let me tell you I will NEVER again deal with such trash !! I paid security deposit moved out made sure I left everything in good terms, I was mailed a letter with pictures of damages that were there when we moved in, they tried charging me to fix issues this place had from the get go, I disputed it and now they want less money but still my question WHERE HAS MY DEPOSIT GONE? Is this not supposed to cover situations like these?? I called get straight to voicemail, the lady answering the phone is a PRICK, no work ethic, this comapny is TRASH ! Stay AWAY !

The owner of my building recently switched to Allred. The change has been significant. They are responsive, respectful, professional, and reliable. Anyone who owns property should seriously consider using Allred if you want happy and satisfied renters.
