This branch used to be a pleasure to visit. The former manager was great and he kept everything and everyone in good working order. He retired when Bank of Fayetteville was sold. Yesterday I had business at the Crossover branch and it was very different. The woman who handled my inquiry barely glanced at me, and treated me like I was a criminal, not a customer. A youngish man (who at least introduced himself) stood in her office the whole time I was there...they needed two people to handle my request? I have been with the Bank of Fayetteville since it was founded, but I am leaving as soon as I can.
