The place itself isn't the worst one in the world, I mean it might be worse. The manager, Christy, is pretty sneaky and nice, but not help at all. Took us two weaks to only get a mailbox key after a passive-agressive push. We had a good pack of roaches cruising aroung the kitchen every morning. The pest control guy, coming every second week, was very nice and demonstrated very high theoretical knowledge regarding the roach lifestile but practically was nought. Traps bought at walmart for 5 bucks did in a week what he'd been trying to do for half a year. And that seemed to be the only solution as the roaches were most likely visiting us from our neighbors, so the traps can only catch and control them. As a top cherry in this cake, the deposit return took her two and a half month and she charged us 115 (!) $ cleening fees. She stated that that was a typical price for carpet and overall cleaning. We left the appartment in same condition as it was when we moved in and left nothing in.

The current manager is Christy (don't know her last name), she's nice enough but isn't on top of very much around the place. We turned in a request to have our garbage disposal fixed (we hardly ever used it, but could tell it needed a new motor) and it's been over two months and the maintenance guy hasn't even STOPPED by to see what's wrong. We've had two other maintenance problems and had to threaten to do the repair ourselves & take it out of our rent to finally have things fixed. The walls are paper thin, the cops/FBI kicked in a door to nab a money forager, the neighbor below us deals drugs, the driveways are all broken up and pot holed. The kids from the neighborhood behind us hop the fence to play basketball (they DON'T live on the property) and bump into people's cars and are always in the pool. SAVE YOUR TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!
