I've been visiting this clinic for 4 years, since moving to Fayetteville. My coverage has been both with private insurance and Medicaid coverage. The staff, including desk staff, nurses, phlebotomists (blood draw), and Dr. have always been pleasant. The wait to be seen seems normal, usually 10-20 min after appointed time. Dr. Joe O'connell has always listened to my issues and been helpful with issues large and small. As I've met only with O'Connell I've no comment on other physicians. Both clinic and Dr. are as good as I've ever visited. There's always parking available just a few steps from the front door. It was a little hard to find on the first visit. The Village Inn is on College, with a large parking lot behind, and the clinic is in the center of the long building at the back of that lot.

Office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Nurses and assistants were great, McBee Was the worse doctor I have ever seen. unpleasant, demeaning, short and etreamly unprofessional. I guess this is what I should expect from a DO. And a clinic between a used car lot and a discount liquor mart.
