Don't use this cab company! Cabs are never available from 4pm to 7pm, drivers don't carry change so they pocket more money. Bad news

I had a very bad and Humiliating experience just yesterday, 19th Feb. I choose Green cab just to support the cause of 'Go Green' and for cleaner environment. Paying $2 more for supporting the good cause was not an issue. The booking process over phone was very good and easy. I appreciate it. I like the website too. Worst part was when the cab came to pick me up!



I had scheduled my pick up for 4:15 PM from my office to drop me off to XNA airport. I had two large baggage with me. My friend and colleague knew I had booked a Green cab, so went went out to flag him down. There are many offices in the same building. He was just driving around the building. (or, was expecting me to be standing outside on snow and Ice!). He did send a message that he has reached. I hugged my friend and dragged my first large bag onto parking lot. Left it there and told the driver that I have one more bag to get out of office. As I reached the Portico, I heard him Yell!!!! He said he would not pick me as I was not ready!!! I looked at the watch, it was 4:21 PM! I would not mind paying $5 more for waiting for 5 minutes but letting me stand on the sidewalk with my baggage in hand! This was totally unexpected. I dont know if driver had a rough day that day which came venting on me..But I am sorry, for my exp, for the humiliation, I would just rate u low...I What if I Missed my flight until the next cab arrived! U just got lucky that a friend offered me a ride on time. If I had missed my flight, I would have made sure to get my ticket money back from you.



Appreciate the 'Green Cab' concept though. Keep it going...

they go beyond my expectations as a local taxi service, they seemed very personable and very nice, the drivers are very nice too.

The cars are very clean and brand new, and the new ad service is awesome too.

I love green cab co. they are the best in NWA
