Conrad and his assistant are very professional and when I sold my house they gave a closing date of six weeks, it took me several week to find a house to move to. I called Conrad E and told him the situation and he had my stuff completed in two weeks and sent to the title company and I have a week still waiting on the buyer of my home to complete the work. The group at Iberia Bank in Fayetteville will make it happen if you have your stuff together they will be finished while everyone else is trying to get started.
