Kmotiv has been right on the diagnosis and right on time with each service provided. Just to be sure I got more than one bid and Kevin has always been the lowest price.

We have both Mac and PC systems.

He does them both.

Kevin has fixed several computers for me and always does a fantastic job. He is fast, reasonably priced, and professional. I would highly recommend him!

Kevin has helped me with so many tech issues over the years, and he's always done an amazing job. Way above and beyond what I expected. Most recently, he removed a virus that completely locked me out of my laptop. He's fast, affordable, competent, won't delete all your files (like the geek squad always seem to), and he's just a nice guy. I can't recommend him enough!

Kevin is the best! I had him replace my laptop screen when I accidentally closed the cord in it (whoops!)

I took my macbook to Kmotiv to see if they could figure out why my airport card wasn't working. After dropping it off with Kevin, he got back to me in two days and said it wasn't worth it to fix the computer for the cost of replacing the part. For this helpful info, he didn't even charge to look at it! Much appreciate his honest advice that didn't earn him a penny. Honest and trustworthy! Definitely will take our mac computers to him in the future!

My hard drive crashed right before a big paper was due, I was freaking out! I called around and most places said they needed to send the computer off somewhere to recover my files, and said they said I probably wouldn't have it back for 2 weeks. That wasn't going to work for me.. These guys said they could not only recover my documents in less than 48 hours, but they could put a new drive in, and get everything working again as well. Sure enough, a couple days later I had a fully functioning computer, with my stuff back on it. SERIOUSLY SAVED MY LIFE.

I can't recommend these guys enough. My computer was craaawwling and crashing all the time, they sent someone out to my office and got the thing back on its legs. Haven't had a crash since. It was only $75 bucks too!
