okay so i have lived in a lazenby property for about three months now. I thought wow how nice they looked from the one i was shown. I went and signed the lease and got my key. When i walked into my townhome i was shocked how dirty it was. I called to talk to the landlord who told me because i didn't pay a deposit she didn't expect the cleaners to really clean it. the more i looked around the more i saw. dead roaches and a dead mouse. I have asked for things to be fixed but still three months later they still are not fixed. also the landlord is very rude. I have rented in the past and never have i had such a rude landlord. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I believe the way i am treated is almost the same as the way a rat is treated and incaged. the only good thing is where we are at there are many kids that my children can play with..i think that is the only good part about living here.
