Best Preschool in NWA! The teachers, staff and management are wonderful! If you are looking for a place for your child to attend, you can be confident that LLPA will provide top of the line care, as well as teach your child the skills they need to thrive when they reach Kindergarten.

I've worked at Learning Ladder since we opened in August of 2010 and I must say I wouldn't want to work at any other preschool! Mrs. Natalie has the biggest heart and passion for her business and is always so supportive of her staff. She does everything she can and more to make LLPA a fun place, not only for the children, but for the staff as well! She truly cares about every single child enrolled and that says a lot about a director! I would highly recommend Learning Ladder Preschool Academy to everyone I know! Your children will be loved and cared for by some great women and they will learn and grow so much!

I have been sending my kids to Learning Ladder for almost three years now and it has been great! Natalie and Tonya run a great structured program up there. The facility is always very clean and the teachers have all been caring, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Learning Ladder is more of a pre-school than a daycare. There is always structured curriculum for the children. Both of my kids have learned so much from Learning Ladder in the last three years and I am confident that my kids will be more than ready to start Kindergarten. I highly recommend them!!

Learning Ladder has to be one of the best preschools in the state. I have three girls and have been through numerous schools. The owner truly cares for your child and about your family. I highly recommend Learning Ladder.
