I've been using Plantation Pest for about 7 years. The price is the best I found anywhere in the area. They only have a couple of service techs so sometimes they get a little behind but they have always completed the servicing in a reasonable amount of time.

I have used a competitor for the last several years and decided to try someone else when we bought our lake house. These guys have worked around my schedule every time and also explain to me what they are doing and why they are doing it. Jared did such a good job on the lake house that I requested they start doing our farm house. John came out to the farm house and same deal. Explained everything. Totally pleased! In response to Angela Terrazas, per our conversation we informed you that your account was past due and in our collection agency. I provided you with the address you had provided our company for billing and was informed that you had changed the address a year ago. However, you never informed our company of this change and let me know that it was not your responsibility to do so. There is no way for our company to obtain this information unless you contact us. All correspondences mailed to your address were not returned undeliverable to our company.A documented phone call on your account was made on 10/22/15 at 10:22am in which a voicemail was left informing you of the inspection that was to be performed the following day on 10/23/15.

We understand your frustration in this matter. However, we have taken every step available in order to collect We work diligently to help every customer with payment arrangements if need be but we are unable to help if we do not receive communication.

We have had Plantation for years, since the closing on our house. We have a termite contract and have used them for pest management. All of their services have been great.

Our townhome has been termite free since plantation treated it. Their annual service process is positive

Plantation Pest Management performed the termite inspection for our house closing. We have used them each year since and are very satisfied with their service. They came out several months after the annual inspection per our request because we had a concern about some board damage in the crawl space. They certified it termite free. They also offer discounts for repeat customers.
