Service. Extremely difficult to work with to get a service appointment any less than a week out. Called Toyota of NWA and got an appointment that works with my schedule.

I must say that I couldn't expect a better treatment and better service when I came to Toyota of Fayetteville with my friend whom I was visiting at the time. I freshly got my car on repokar com and the tires needed to be changed, as I didn't manage to do it in Michigan, my friend advised me to do it together as he had the same problem. So we chose Toyota of Fayetteville for this and none of us regretted this choice! It was a profitable journey indeed!

I first met eric edens when i purchased my first prius in 2008, he had great knowledge of the car and was very helpful in the buying process. you could tell he cared more about the customer satisfaction instead of just the sale. In fact one year later I purchased another prius for my wife. same caring attitude and desire to satisify the customer. If i am still living in the NWA area in the next couple of years, I will for sure call eric for another car purcahse.
