I would never want anyone i know to live in a TRINCO property.they will never fix any problem they will charge you late fees for everything they raise the rent costs every year they go through different employees all the time moved in with one property manager wasn't there 3 months and they had already gone through 3 different property managerstheir maintenance guys are good guys but they work them too hardmake them move into an apartment pay them little money use them then kick him out of their apartmentsthe owner Joel Sanders is probably one of the worst people to do business in this city of Fayettevillemy advice stay far far away from this company tell everyone you know to
