Gave them my 30 day notice moved out on date I said I would and now giving me the runaround on my deposit and trying to charge us a full month of rent.

Worse place to go to!!!! This is a non proffessional business. All that stuff on Thier website is a lie. Look how they treat and talk and handle Thier business. Pitiful

Horrible customer service, don't treat you well. Terrible at explaining and rude. Tried to get my securit deposit back before i even moved in, told me no and that if I didn't move in that day I would lose it. But they would give me my pet deposit back. Not sure if that's legal since it was not a holding fee, nor did I sign any lease agreement. This place should be put out of business! Didn't take these reviews seriously until I experienced it. Don't go the same route as I did. Just don't want what happened to me to happen again.

Worst group ever. Especially all the losers on honeysuckle ln. Crying about parking on there supposed side of the street. They are all drug users even the property manager that lives on honeysuckle is. I witness it everyday.

Iv been with them for almost a year they have poor maintenance they never fixed anything in the summer our air broke up to 5 times and it took over 2 days each tim for them to fix it. They put tape around wires and one of they guys put the fan on in the air conditioner backwards and didnt fix it for a week. Our front door was broken when we moved end up to the point where they evicted us after we paid our rent on the same day. They didnt fix the sink were the garbage disposal was, the sink kept clogging and had a horrible smell. Trinity didnt keep their properties clean, we complained about our neighbors where the maintenance man had lived beacuse they had pails of trash outside, and there dogs tore it and brought it all over our yard. When we tried to talk to them they used racial slers at us using the the "N" word and threats towards us. These is the worst possible landlords to rent from, i wouldnt recommend anyone i know to them.
