Chris, a Clerk, sold me a cell phone charger on 5/30/15 with the guarantee that I could return it if it didn't work. Well, it did not work and I asked for my guaranteed return in a pleasant tone and Chris went into hostile/rage mode. He refused to refund my money and also slandered my personhood by calling me >STUPID> for no reason. I am a Ph. D graduate and simply returned a faulty charger to the seller. Horrible customer service. Headquarters was notified---no resolution yet[60 days]!!! Awful----
