I am a new to a well home owner. I needed a cutoff valve added in my well house. I was given Cavender Pump by a plumber who did not want the job because it was a well service. Cavender Pump charged me a very decent price for the cutoff valve. But while they were at my house, they noticed an issue with my well pump and the holding tank. They diagnosed the issue and took care of it. It was a simple issue that added about 10 minutes to the job. They could have ignored it or being new to wells, they could have charged me an outrageous amount for work that did not need to be done. After this, they took the time to explain some maintenance and what to look for when inspecting the system. All in all, they provided excellent service and went above and beyond. I am truly happy with them and if I need any well service in the future, Cavender will be my first call.
