Provided by YP.comSorry negative folks, I've eaten at the City Cafe several times and have found the service to be friendly and mostly prompt. The one or two times I've had to ask for something the restaurant was slammed and the staff was running their tails off. The food has been consistently very good to excellent. I am very picky about food quality and good service and will rip a subpar restaurant with no hesistation but I have no problem recommending this great little restaurant.
