Husband went in for carotid artery surgery at 9am. AT 240pm the doctor said he would be in recovery 1 an hour and moved to ICU which is on 2nd floor. At 4pm I went to ICU - he wasn't there but they told me bed 2 was waiting on him. It was nice and clean and that made me feel good. After going back to ICU an hour later, he still was not there and bed2 had another occupant. I went home at 6pm -he was still sitting in recovery, waiting for a room, and from my later message, finally was put in a regular room later than evening. What a run-around for "old folks" trying to find "old folks".

went here yesterday because my wife had severe stomach pain,it took 3 people over a hour to do a IV and destroyed my wifes arms.she was in severe pain and kept asking for something for the pain and they kept asking how bad it was from 1-10 and she kept telling the 9 everytime ,but never gave her nothing to stop the pain that helped,.then she atarted having chest pain,so i hunted them down and told them ,and they took 10 min to show up. then they ran a ct scan and said they seen nothing wrong and gave her pain pills and said thats all they could do and wheeled in a wheel chair, said good luck and walked out with her still doubled up in pain...almost 6 hours and came out worse than when she went in..ive had better service and care at our vet.

They front desk clerks sucks very untrained, on how to help people with their problem, they would not get help for my mother ,wit getting my granny out the car she could not walk are stand on her on , so my mother asked them could some help her they replied back they don't do that here and that was very rude, i

My mom could of drop my granny are hurt herself and that would of been a bigger problem......as far as that goes that called her on back without any wait cause she was very sick but front desk needs to be corrected......ASAP

Long Long Wait

I aarrived at 12:40 p.m. for a 1:00 appointment for a mammogram. I walked to the front counter where one of the employees asked my last name. When I told her my last name, she pointed to the waiting room where four other women were waiting. There was no sign in sheet, normal for most of my doctor visits. As I waited, I noticed the other women were being called, one by one. Thirty minutes go by and still my name isn't called. No employee behind the counter to ask a question. As an hour wait time approaches, I decide I will leave. After waiting one hour and five minutes, I got up and left. Most terrible customer service I have experienced in a medical facility ever. My mammogram was a yearly routine check. I can only imagine the anxiety a woman with cancer waiting to get a follow up mammogram would have experienced. There are other imaging centers in my area, so I made an appointment elsewhere. Hope I receive better service.
