This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. As someone who promotes health he had the most unhealthy habits. He always had the shakes, ate candy in front of me and drank energy drinks while I was trying to work out. I was with him for 3 months and did not see results. I have since left and II am working out on my own with more results. He constantly came late or did not show up at all. He broke our contract and dishonest. When I asked him for a refund for the days and times he did not come he lied and said he would give me one, met me but did not provide the refund. After texting and calling he still did not provide the refund he promised. I had to get my BANK to get my money back. Furthermore, he didn't even have permission to train at the gym we were meeting at! DO NOT WASTE your money on a trainer that is dishonest!
