So it is a full staff salon. Lack Customer Service big time. I've notice they water down color. During prom season the over charge a girl 100.00 for a full set and a gel color. After she fussed they took the fee down. They apply a color that didn't change (mood) when ask to change my color they got an attitude and started talking in their native language. They are unprofessional. When ask how much some thing is they seem like they are guessing. If you can find sonewhere else to go. Then go else where..

They take forever to service you I've waited for over an hour before even getting in a chair. They kept saying the wait was 20 minutes and it was far from it.

Lived in Fayetteville for 17 years, and I have been to just about every nail salon in town. This salon, by far, is the most pleasant, and professional. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and almost instantly seated for a relaxing spa experience. The gals go out of their way to make sure your needs are being met. And, something that is most important to me, the facility is very clean and well maintained. You won't be disappointed,and, quite possibly, this will become your favorite go to nail salon.

Not worth the change if you already have a nail salon. I was not satisfied with customer service or the quality. I ended up with nails that were redone twice and gel on my actual fingers instead of the nail. It was not a spa experience at all. There will not be a next time for the place from me.
