WORST DRY CLEANERS EVER CLOTHES ARE BEING WASHED INSTEAD OF DRY CLEANING. OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS.

We always get our dry cleaning done here. The quality of work is great, and Harris Stone is cheaper than the dry cleaning in my town.

Highly do not recommend!! The owner is rude, obnoxious, and tries to use intimidation to force his point of view. His employees are scared of him. My daughter took her wedding dress to Harris Stone for cleaning. Back ground on the dress: The dress was given to her by Brides Across America, and the dress had previously been a display, there was nothing wrong with the dress other than slight discoloration and a few missing beads. After cleaning, there were several blue marks on the dress, they looked like ink, one was a straight line like an ink pen was accidentally brushed across it. One was smudged as if someone tried to clean it off. We pointed them out to the lady working at the time that we picked the dress up and she called the owner. I ended up on the phone with him and all I could get out of him was "leave it and I'll clean it again" and "what do you want me to do about it". Reminder of the missing beads....it's 4 weeks before the wedding and the dress had to go to the seamstress to have the missing beading replaced. We explained this at the time that we dropped the dress off for cleaning. When the lady was ringing the ticket up, the owner called her, we could hear him yelling at her over the phone and he told her to charge my daughter $75, which was a $50 discount of the quoted price and said to have my daughter bring the dress back up there after the bead work was complete and he would remove the ink stains, which is what my daughter did. The morning after dropping the dress of, my daughter gets a phone call from the owner, he was immediately yelling at her, telling her that she had a lot of nerve bringing that dress back after he gave her a discount. He told her that the dress was used and a piece of sh#$ when she brought it to him and that the ink stains where already there. Well if the ink stains were there, why weren't they removed during cleaning, and if they couldn't be removed, why was no note made regarding them? I went to pick the dress up and he and I nearly got into a physical confrontation because he couldn't intimidate me verbally. The poor lady that we spoke to when dropping the dress of and initially picking it up, was very nice and as helpful as she could be, but I highly do NOT recommend using this cleaners for anything important where you might have to have dealings with the owner. This business gets 1 star simply because I can't leave NO stars!!
