Completed two years of returns incorrectly, denied responsibility, and was abusive in her responses. I had to hire someone else to fix what she refused to admit she processed incorrectly. I wouldn't trust her with my taxes. I've had to pay someone else just to correct her errors....that she still denies making to this day. Unacceptable.

I will not use anyone else.....Madalyn knows her stuff, I would recommend her to anyone.
