This development company doesn't care about how their subdivisions turnout, they start with rules and regulations (CC&R's) for the builders and they don't follow through. They allow anything to be done by the builders, which brings the value of the home you bought. They are constantly changing the rules and regulations of how the homes should be built to suit the builders not the residents who have already bought/built to the original rules and regulations. Out of the 5 original builders only 1 left that is worth anything. All other builders are just cracker jack builders. This subdivision is going down in value fast...and Scarbrough and Rolader could care a less, just build them make a bundle and move on to the next subdivision. I will never buy or build another home that has anything to do with this company
