Redeemed a groupon for a spa party. First they took my reservation, a month in advance, and even called to confirm and talk about what services we wanted. LESS THAN A WEEK before the party, they called me and tried to change my afternoon appointment to evening. BTW, when you call, expect 24 hours before they return your call, even if you are calling THEM back. So I told them that was impossible, I had 5 other people coming from all over. So they admitted their nail person only works at night and the four choices we had were now limited to two. I get there 15 minutes early as requested and all of the doors were locked... in 95 degree weather. They set us up in an office for our party room. The incense smell was suffocating. We were taken upstairs to a nice, dark room... but they had just turned the AC on and it was - literally - 90 degrees in there according to their thermostat. Massage was wonderful, which is why I give it 2 stars instead of one. But for a place who s motto is living stress free is essential , it was one stressful situation.
