I came to this location to have my ipad screen repaired. While waiting I had the opportunity to view the monitor in the waiting area that showed the durablity of their product. The company explained the screen can be bent and items can fall on the screen without it cracking. I was happy to spend $109 to have the screen repaired and was ensured that if anything went wrong it will be covered by the warranty. I purchased the screen on January 4th and the screen cracked on March 10th. I went back to the store because the store provides customers with a 90 day warranty, but the warranty does not cover any damage of any kind. This is false advertisement and this is very unfair to customers. As a company that speaks highly of the quality of your product, I feel you should stand by your product. I understand that all products will break and the screen will not last forever, but this screen did not last 90 days. The original Apple screen lasted over 5 years being dropped on concrete and still no damage. This screen dropped on carpet and shattered. I explained this to the tech in the store and asked for her assistance. She was not helpful and not willing to find a solution. The customer service was terrible and I will not return to this company in the future. The company should understand that customer service drives your business and this company should hire people that go above and beyond to please your customers.
