How did it go: Badly; called this local appliance repair business within the city of Fayetteville to repair a stove updraft fan that quit working; repair was completed (replaced PC board and pad) for $534.28 with a one-year warranty w/parts on 27 Jul 2018. Stove updraft quit working about two month's after the initial repair, the owner (Will) came out and took a diagnostic and said he needs to order a part which would take about two weeks and he would call me back; he never called me back. So, I called Will again to check on status was informed that the manufacturer had not called him (No follow-up on his part) and he would have to call the manufacturer again and he would call me right back; never called me. After a few days, I called Will and now he tells me that the part is on back order and he would call around to try and locate the part somewhere else and he would call me; never called me back. Called him again, apologized for not returning my call's and said that he was returning my money; I'm still waiting for my refund (has many excuses, like I'm working on it or I'm with a customer or I'll call you back - "just put the check in the mail") been over two weeks now this owner/business is rude (Hangs up the phone), unprofessional, unethical and not trustworthy. Please take your business elsewhere, now I'll have to take this owner/business to small claims court to get my money returned.

Horrible. Four appointments. Four no-shows. Wasted my time and I missed work. Since I'm renting, I had no control over who was called - otherwise it would have been ONE no-show and then a call to someone else.
