Stuart is the BEST. Lumberton Honda did a horrible job replacing my transmission then they didn’t want to fix it. I was referred to Aamco and I’m glad I was. Stuart went out of his way to help resolve my problem. Thank you Stuart for your professionalism.

My vehicle would not shift out of 1st gear. Called AAMCO and they picked up my vehicle. Service Manager (Jason) called to confirm just what I had been thinking all along. (New transmission) I must say that Mr Stuart (owner) & Mr Jason (service manager) made having my car repaired less stressful than expected. And to the "Technicians"in the trenches (I meant bays)...Thanks Sincerely for "A Job Well Done".....Hoooah! !!!

HORRIBLE! I took my vehicle in to be checked for diagnosing a coolant leak. After dealing with Jason the "customer service manager" trying to flirt he contacted me 3 times to find out why I actually dropped my car off. I don't know why kept asking about my radiator and transmission when I told him it was a coolant leak. He later contacted me with a quote for $900 for a new AC condenser 2hrs labor. He lied and said my AC condenser had a hole in it and it was leaking out coolant and wanted to charge me $500 for a new part when the part only costs $150.

I had the work done at my out of town mechanic thinking AAMCO at least made a proper diagnosis. My mechanic showed me my condenser did not have a hole or leaking. The leak continues elsewhere. I contacted AAMCO and spoke with Jason. I asked him how are we going to resolve this situation. He said "WELL YOUR NOT GETTING A REFUND"! I called back and told him I only wanted them to do what I paid them to do and find the leak. Not resolved

Went to aamco to get my 2005 dodge magnum to get checked. I dropped it off at 10am, I called him back at 1pm for him to tell me that he hasn't even looked at the car yet, well that wasn't the problem. After he calls me back again he tells me that it will cost $160 for him to take a piece off and look at my what's wrong with my car. So that was fine I said ok, we'll after he finds everything else that the last mechanic did wrong he still couldn't tell me what was wrong with my car because it was "further down" and I would have to pay him more money to do that. I said no thanks. So he puts my car back together within 10 mins and now it drives worst then it did before I got there....will never go or recommend anyone to go there. Not to mention the piece that was on there was broken and he took it off, I'm sure he could've at least found a replacement for it I'm sure it wouldn't have cost no more than $10.

Very friendly store manager. He goes out of his way to help in difficult situations. They fixed our family van right the first time. The vehicle was ready on time.

The store manager, Darryl Parker was very helpful. In fact he went out of his way to make the transmission repairs to my 2001 Maxima as painless as possible. He stayed late to diagnose my problem, he helped arrange a rental car and most importantly he returned my repaired car to me on time, clean and fixed. Darryl and his staff are professional, honest and I highly recommend them. I plan to use them for all my future auto repair needs.
