Provided by YP.comDo not use this business!!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible!! They sent one single part back to LG for what should have been a simple repair. The owner assured me that it would take 10 to 14 days to return. It has now been 25 days and they have no clue as to when it might return or any way to track its status. Every time that I call them they are absolutely put out to even look into my order and just say call back next week or it will get here when it gets here. If I could give them zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this business!!!

Provided by YP.comThis guy is full of shenanigans. I called and told him I was on my way. He left the store with a note on the door. I had to call him again. He said, he would be there in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later he shows up. I unload my tv into the store. He starts talking about cash only. He states I can go to the ATM machine in the convience store. There was no ATM in that store. Just some potential robbery suspects. zero stars!

Provided by YPmobileIf I could give no stars, I would. TV has been there for a month. Every time I got a update I called him, only to be told of new part to order and timeline shifts. Then when deadline is hit he has countless times told me the part isn't there and won't be for another week. Absolute joke, 100% waste of your time. Never contacted me to tell me about what's happening and deadlines never held up. Don't recommend!

Provided by YP.comI have been waiting for my television for over a month! It took him a week just to look at it. I assume he would rather watch soccer than work. He had to drag himself away from the soccer game. You cannot get to the customer service desk due to a plethora of TVs collecting dust. It has taken a month so far to get the parts, He told me that he ordered the same TV as mine on eBay and was going to use it for parts on my TV. And then he said it would take another 10 days to fix! Yesterday, I finally told him to put it back together unfixed and I would pick it up today. He told me he was open from 7 - 11 only. Today I went to pick it up and he was closed. Also, I know how long it takes to switch out a circuit board. It is not 10 days. Did Tina (another reviewer below) get great service because she is also of Asian descent? Or maybe related? I have never had such poor customer service, lack of respect as a customer, and all the obscure excuses in my entire 53 years of life!!

Provided by YPmobileWe took in a Samsung 51" tv that had one HDMI port fried from lightning and the 2nd port stopped working a few months later. Brought it in on a Saturday and paid $30 for it to be diagnosed and had a phone call by Monday letting us know it could be fixed and how much it would cost. The $30 is taken off the total cost if you get it repaired. We paid $195 and now have our tv back with two working HDMI ports. His service was great and worked in a very timely manner.

Provided by YP.comAfter having my TV at Best TV for 3months and nothing done to it without any phone calls made to me, I then took my TV to Air Force TV around 5:00 one evening. The man that helped me was really kind and I was impressed that when I entered the store he was actually working on a TV at the time. I explained to him that a lightning storm knocked out my TV. He charged me 30$ to diagnose the problem and he promised me a phone call the very next day. At around 12:00 in the afternoon the next day I received a phone call stating the problem with TV. He asked if it was okay for him to fix it, and I said yes. He told me that I could pick up my TV in 30min. When I got to the store the TV was fixed and he even took the time to hook up cable to it to prove that the TV actually worked. The price was really fair and the 30$ that I paid went towards the total cost that it took to fix the TV. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a TV problem.

This TV repair is nothing but an absolute rip-off. Take your business elsewhere if you expect to get any thing for your hard earned money. They will not tell you the truth, give you the run-a-round, all at your expense. I am ex-military, retired officer, so I know what trust and respect mean. I have been ripped for over $ 400.00, and the guy has basically taken me to the cleaners. Good thing there is a justice system in this country. I hope eveyone that looks up this business remebers "BUYER BEWARE." IN THIS CASE IT IS SERVICE YOU ARE BUYING BUT DO NOT FALL FOR THE $ 30.00 trip fee, and a credit to your account of 30.00 if you let them do the work. This is just to bait you. I plan to take them to court, file a complaint with JAG on Ft. Bragg, and place a complaint with the Eastern Area Better Business Bureau. It is a shame that we have businesses like them being allowed to even operate. I would not even send my worst enemy to them for assistance, as it would be too harsh, AND CRUEL!!!
