The staff were all very nice. They explained each procedure and why they were doing them. I was anxious about going but I left with a smile.

they're nice when your there but slow service. I've waited in my room over an hr before Dr came in. Dr ponder is nice but asks same questions as week before about history. he doesn't Remb anything about you. the phone service is terrible and they never pick up. your always getting the machine, which most of the time they never return calls. good nurse that draws blood and good.staff. they never call to confirm or remind you of apts. nice obgyn office but not very personal service.

On Friday, the 13th of May I had a partial hysterectomy performed at Cape Fear Valley's Short Stay Facility. The care taken to make me comfortable and keep me calm was simply amazing. The nurses were wonderful, their bedside manner the best I have ever seen and for a person having surgery for the first time they made me feel as though I was there top priority. I absolutely love the new gown by Bair Paws with the ability to keep yourself warm or cool depending on your nature. It was comfortable and I never got cold as I have in the past in most hospitals. Dr. Jerome Ponder and his staff also deserve to be commended on their procedure and the care they gave me during my surgery. They were very personable and treated me with the utmost respect being sure to explain things before they happened and taking care to keep me comfortable through the entire process. Sometimes, the way people view their world is how the get treated in it. I looked at these reviews before deciding to try this place and I was almost detoured by the 2 out of 3 opinions...but the one good one was drastically different and positive. So I decided to take the HIGH ROAD and go to them, because the came HIGHLY recommended by a very positive lady that I trust. And to my surprise, the way I was treated without them even knowing who recommended me ...I had to wait a bit..because LOTS of women in NC come from all around and go no place but to All American...but what DR office have you ever been in that you dont have to WAIT...we live in such a drive thru world. Any how, I HIGHLY recommend All American - the Drs are trained at the BEST hospitals in the country...not just some country doctors in one horse town. They are really personable and the staff is pretty OK...unless you come in being impatient and talking down to them...I saw one such situation while I was there...LOL

As a new resident to Fayetteville, I was in the market for an OBGYN. I came across this establishment online and decided to give it a try. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I guess this is where people go who are on medicad or lack insurance. The facility is clean but the staff has no customer service skills and do not try and call because NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES AT THIS PLACE. Obviously everyone goes to lunch at the same time and after you leave a message it takes 2 or 3 days to get back to you. Because this is acceptable behavior they act as if they are doing you a favor by calling you back. DO NOT GO HERE. Find a place that appreciates your insurance and your service.

I visited this MD's office and while the office is beautiful, the front office staff very rude to include the office manager who visibly chewed gum while I informed her of a complaint. I went today, but that will be my LAST time and I would never recommend anyone to visit this office.

Every time I go in for my appointment they get me right in and out, I never feel like im being rushed and I never feel like I am being forgotten. And the staff is extremly friendly an helpful .I love this place!

My first visit with All-American OB/GYN was one of the best!!! I visited with Dr. Grant. She was wonderful, looked very professional, with excellent bedside manners. I look forward to continuing an established relationship with her and the facility. Everyone from the time I walked in the door were very attentive and made you feel good even if you didnt feel the most confident when you walked in. I have and will continue to recommend All-American to anyone who asks!!!! Keep up the good work Dr. Grant!!!!!

I was being seen at this Dr office by Dr Grant for my prenatal care, and the staff treats you like crap, every visit I'm at that Dr office for a max of 1 1/2 hour, just for them to check my blood pressure and take my weight and listen to the baby heartbeat and send me on my way. My wait in the lobby is at least 20 mins and I wait in the back room for the Dr for 45 mins. Just my experience....was not good at all.
