Brought my 2007 BMW 335i for an exhaust tip replacement. I brought in my own tips and was turned away the first time due to a first come first serve rule. I was patient and came back a second time early only to find that you needed to have your vehicle parked in front of the bay and be the first person inside asking for service. Came back a 3rd time to get the service done, I realized earlier on that the tips I had were over sized, but Dallas the senior tech was able to work with them. They were oversized stainless steel tips and most exhaust mod shops turned me away after realizing that. I would've bumped off a star for a lack of secretary/front desk service management but Dallas did such a good job it was worth the hassle. I would do it all over again, and for the perfectly mounted fat exhaust tips that have now created a deeper exhaust note under all rpm ranges without a muffler delete. 5/5
