I purchased my dress out of town, but was looking to have it altered in town. I thought I could trust a shop that is known for its gowns and alterations. WRONG! I had an appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early...I walk in and there is this young, not so friendly girl at the counter and I say "I'm a little early, but I have an appt at whatever time". She says to me "Actually, you're a lot early". Seriously? Is that any way to talk to your customers?? So that was the first strike in my book, but I decided to give them a chance despite the bad first impression. Then I have to pay a $75 out-of-store-dress fee that does not include the later price of the alterations. So I paid it, even though my wallet was well past thin. While I was waiting for my appt, the same snooty girl that gave me lip caused two nice older ladies to walk out. Instead of telling them that she could not help them with what they were looking for, she left them sitting there waiting while she wondered off to help another group of wealthier looking ladies. As the older ladies were leaving, I could hear them mumbling "she didn't even bother telling us that she couldn't help us, she just let us sit there looking dumb". The lady that helped me to the alteration part of the shop was very sweet. I told them my wedding is June 28th, however I will be leaving town for my wedding on the 25th. They tell me my dress will be done by the 24th....that would be the DAY BEFORE I have to leave. I decide to have faith and still have them do my alterations. My alterations were going to take place in two steps, therefore I would need a 2nd pinning. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing. So I call just to check on the status of my dress, and they have not touched it yet. For 2 weeks my dress has sat there, and then they tell me "give it another couple weeks and we will call you for your 2nd pinning". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I told the lady this seriously concerns me since they are saying my dress wont be done until the day before I leave. After giving it some thought, I decide to cancel my alterations with them altogether. I call and say to cancel my alterations and I will be picking my dress up today. So can I expect to get a refund on my $75 "fee"?? BIG FAT NOPE!! I said "ok, I expect to pay something since they DID pin me". She says well that IS the pinning fee. $75. For a 20 minute pinning session. Wow! I must be in the wrong profession!! I told them since they are refusing to give me my money back for what I call a dress storage fee of a ridiculous $75, I expect that all the pins will be in place since they are saying that is what I was charged for. I got my dress back and needless to say I still did not get my money back. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with them again, nor recommend them to anyone. They are overpriced, snooty, and don't care about pleasing their customers at all.

Thank goodness for this store! I came looking for my wedding dress and stressing about the rest of my wedding party, and the ladies there were so helpful and put me to ease. Not only did they help me find my wedding dress, they were so sweet and professional. By the end of the day I had my dress, all 6 bridesmaids, all 6 groomsmen, and they even helped recommend photograghers and florist! I'm hooked for life!!!

This store couldn't be any more perfect! I came in looking for a wedding gown and found the gown of my dreams and all of my bridesmaids AND all the tuxedos as well!!! The ladies working there quickly greeted me and asked how they could help me and went above and beyond all of my expectations. Defineitly coming back for all of my up comin events. Two thumbs WAY up!

These people were the rudest people I have ever met! I walked in just to see the selection they had available for my wedding. THey then told me that I needed an appointment to look at anything because they had to pull items off the rack. Well I am sorry that I have to make an appointment for you to do your job. And it doesn't say anything about needing an appointment. I would not recommend this store to any bride!!!!
