I have never been treated any worse in my life. Dave's Transmission is completely incompetent when it comes to customer service. Where in 2012 do they put you on hold by placing the phone on the desk, most places these days hit the hold button before they begin to talk about a possible client/customer. I let that slide. I needed the part. I continued to be treated as if I was bothering them. I needed the part, so I continued to remain calm and friendly. I was excited that I had finally found the part. I gave the lady the part number. She wasnt listening, I had to repeat it 7 times before she got it correct coming up with numbers I never said at all. She put me on hold again placed phone on desk and talked about me telling her boss that I said his part isn't going to work and how would he know if it did. I said its a box, the part number is what matches up, not the shape. I wanted to buy his part, so y would i say that. I really believe he didnt have the part and was lying.

Dave's Transmission is completely a joke! I recently called trying to find out about a part I needed.They treated me completely rude as if I was bothering them when I am trying to spend my hard earned money with them. I was put on hold and talked about not actually on hold just laid down the phone. The secretary completely switched my words around, after giving her 17 digit part number 7 times before she got it correct. She didn't care. I know if your truely listening to someone whose repeating the number slowly it doesnt take seven times. Then the man gets rude with me because they were lying, he never had the part. I tried to come down there with the money and got hung up on, intentionally I am sure. Im not one to judge people but they are downright rude, illiterate, and incompetent. I believe they are very shady and practice bad business ethics. This man wouldve have taken my money and sold me anything. Stay away!!!!!!!
