My personal experience with this company is that they are so family oriented that it’s like they open up their arms to welcome people and give people a chance. I do agree leaving it to one man to do everything is not the way to go. However the people that haven’t worked there haven’t said the whole entire story they say the bad but they don’t say what led up to the bad or that they had anything to do with it turning bad. Now if you did I apologize I mean nothing negative by this I’m just giving my standpoint on this company. I personally loved and still love working for the owner the GM and my coworkers we are a happy family and have been ever since opening. I would go back at the snap of a finger. This company looked out for me after my car wreck what company does that? Exactly nobody. Of course my car accident was definitely off duty so they had no reason to help me out. So I say God bless ACS Inc.!!!!!!

So I worked for the company for a month.
They are not Real security company.
Who has the employees click in VIA TEXT MESSAGE ?
no actual set schedule, no reimbursement for gas ,traveling outside of actual city.
They messed up my first check, and I'm the one who spoke up and said something and gave the money back(most wouldn't do!).
When they underpaid me(which is now), that began to look for EVERY LOOPHOLE POSSIBLE.
1. didn't we pay for you to take a class?
...ugh no, you hired me so fast because I ALREADY had the class.
2. There's a background check of $35 and dual registration $15.
... wrong dual is $10. You guys never NEVER even began the back ground check .Even if you did, should have been charged on the1St check!
3. you didn't work days you were scheduled?
... then why am I ON CAMERA in uniform at the locations???
.... why are my D.A.R notes there for those days ? ?
.... the so called supervisor just texted me to stop "bad mouthing " the company... THEY AIN'T SEEN NUN YET.

the guy in charge of the fayettville branch worst i have ever worked with i have 25 yrs exp...i have never saw so much unprofessional in my life part time 15 to 17 hrs a week and if you ask for more hrs the guy gets mad and cuts your hours even more and you dont even have to be lisc. he just hire off the street and give you a old shirt and say you are security......they are a joke.,
