During the 3 years that i have...

During the 3 years that i have worked the 11-7 am shift i have stopped a totol of 23 times for breakfast. At NO time has this location been open on time. I watch cars drive up to place an order and drive away because no one is ready to serve. I have asked several times after waiting over 30 minutes what the delay was to be told, they are running late, the cook was not in, I'm here alone and doing the cooking and taking orders. This is seriously the most consistently non productive fast food site in this city. People drive to the McDonalds to the south on this street or the Hardees to the north routinely to get their breakfast. I would think after 3 years some improvement would take place. There have been many times I pass by and watch employees standing outside the restaurant waiting for quite some time for someone to finally arrive, unlock the door, and allow them to enter to begin work. Who owns this franchise??? Why is there such a sorry morning service which loses profit daily to lost customers?
