Not truly 24 hour emergency service as advertised. Seriously considering looking for another company to perform service and repairs on my system going forward. I bought an complete system from CFAC, ductwork and all, been a customer for 10 years. If I cannot rely on service when needed CFAC really does not appear to be a good fit anymore. They were good when I paid thousands to have my system installed, Now, not so much.

When our old system broke beyond repair we went to 3 different companies to get bids on a new system. Cape Fear stood out for several reasons. 1. Andy Harmon, the project manager/salesman was the only one to actually listen to our concerns and include them in his analysis. The other 2 companies had a solution in mind as they walked through the door. 2. Although the other 2 companies solution was a smaller system than what we bought, they were way off on their price points vs Cape Fear. 3. The installation team was polite and professional. When they were done, the work area was clean and neat and all of the old system and trash was cleaned up and carted away. All in all a very positive experience! If you need a new system, give Andy a call!

I don't usually write too many reviews but I have to after my service. Incredible service!! Had a lot of other repair companies who wanted to over charge and sell me things I didn't need. I promise this will be the BEST call you make. Mr Mitchell was awesome! Highly recommend this company! !!!

Well i really like their hvac work but Arnolds service is top of the line performance in work. I would highly recommend them. I would dare to say they are one of the best hvac repair in fayetteville nc.

I must say the service Cape Fear had at one time was outstanding. I have chose to use another company now. The man answering the phone is very rude and pushy. The secretary is very snappy and not very knowledgeable at all. What happened? It is so sad to see such a well respected company go to the wolves.

Clay was the representative who came to my home. He was here within 1 day of calling for an appt. He was casually friendly, unobtusie. He carefully inspected our entire home heating and ac situation and needs. Clay took measurements asked question and listend to all of our concerns even taking into account our future plans for our home. Clay offered several plans for me to choose from as well as how to pay for it. He dropped by to check on installation and has done an outstanding job representing his company. I would recommend him.

Mr. Clay presented himself in a professional manner; always anwered any concerns I had and extened himself to help with other issues in my home. I would recommend this contractor and the company (and I have) to millions if I knew they needed air/heating products. The office personel and the other workers were also professional. Again, Mr. Clay was the best.

After being without air for 6 days and nights, you got us back in business. Thank you. Rusty is a very dedicated young man whos really does a good job. The unit has performed better now than it did when it was new. Thank you again Cape Fear A/C.

Job took well over time alotted for from 1-2 days to 3-4 days. Trash was left on the property.

This company show up time, on first call out was somewhat reasonable. They wanted cash up front which should have been my first clue not to do business with them. They changed a part that turned out to be the incorrect part. Double charged me. Then on second call to correct the problem from first call it took three days to get to me. The part that they replaced was a generic part without my okay and now my heat pump has to be replaced. They did refund my charges. But it is now going to cost me $5000. to $10000. to fix their mess up‎

Thank you for resolving my problem with my air conditioning unit. I very much appreciate it. And Frank is one of the nicest, most professional young men I have had the pleasure to have in my home.
