I have been going to the Ramsey st. clinic for about three years. The reason was knee pain. I have had MRI'S, shots of all kinds, the last visit before today i was told that when this shot wears off that they were going to scope and clean up the knee. After today's visit the story has changed, I was told today that surgery probably wouldn't do any good, possibly make it worse maybe help it. So after 3 years @ $50 a visit if feel that I have been taken for $2000,00 ride, and have accomplished nothing but make my pocketbook lighter. My advise is to stay away from this business. Go to someone that is going to be honest with you at first not 3 years and lots of dollars later.

Very unhappy my appointment was at 8:30 sat in a room waiting for a long time spoke with one person gave them information that was already on the paperwork then had to wait a long time before the doctor came then waited even look longer to get a shot in my knee and elbow also had to wait a long time for someone to fit me with a brace for my elbow

Not happy with service received in pt. Maybe if you are recovering from an injury or have just had surgery they would be OK. I went in to learn how to strengthen my knee to help reduce my knee pain associated with OA. They gave me the a=same exercises that they would with an injury. They kept on wnating to know how much opain I was in but since I jsut had a cortisone shot I don't have much. I wanted to use this window that the shot has given me to strengthen the muscles around my knee but they gave me these extremely basic exercises and said they would increase the repetitions as time went by. I could do hundreds of these exercises. Never did they ask me what my goals were or what type of exercise I regularly did. The therapy assistant that I saw today asked me what type of injury I had! I am trying to adapt to a lifestyle change not recover form an injury, they don't seem to be able to do that.
