Ma'am,

All dry cleaner shops in Yadkin road is pick up station, they do not have cleaning machines in their shops. As I talked you at the shop, I inquired your jacket at cleaning factory. They said they do not have that you mentioned. The one you dropped is the one from you. I did not replace your jacket with other jacket. No reason and it is not right things to do. I do my best to take care of my customer and always think to improve the service in the side of customer. I served for the country more than 20 years and retired. I am serving for my customer at the shop with the same attitude. I will welcome you when you return and will provide you the best service to you. Thank you.

I have been using this cleaners for over 6 years. Mr. CHANG (retired Army) noticed my jacket was too small and instead of trying to alter it and take my money he told me get a new one. His wife has always been fast and careful with our uniforms! I go no where else. Once I went somewhere else in a rush because they were closed and I got charged 250 dollars for something that looked horrible afterwards.

On June 28, 2016 I dropped my black suit by and when I picked it up on July 13, I had the right skirt but the wrong jacket and they were two different sizes and two different brand names.
When I took it back the same day, the owner stated that he did not know what happened but he would check with the company that they use for the cleaning. I went back a few days later because he never called me back. I was amazed at what he said. He stated that because the numbers matched that they staple on the skirt and jacket, he did not make the mistake. I was very upset because I need my suit to usher in at the church I attend.
I told him that I would give him a week to find my jacket or I would have to take legal action and it didn't even phase him.
I conclude that they do more sewing of patches and other items for the military and have gotten great reviews, but their cleaning service to me is awful. I don't plan to give them any more business.
