Poor service. Management here is very unprofessional. I recently visited here after another location didn't have the size I was looking for. I wanted to do an even exchange But the store manager Deb I think its her name Plus Size lady with dirty nails and nasty nappy looking weave. She refuse to continue with the even exchange after I was trying to explain why I wanted the even exchange she was examining the shirt as if I hadn't purchased it at another location. She continue to argure with me in front of other customers and also my kids on Christmas. Everybody that was working this Christmas Eve morning needs to be fired they were standing around gossiping the store in a mess Nobody's t
In the back to assist. All staff members need a dress code everybody look nasty dirty and ghetto poor and unprofessional service She stated she's the store manager but I have the Distirct Manger name and number now( Ken) Im pretty sure Deb will not be working at Citi Trendzs another Christmas.

I've always wanted a job at citi trends. And might get my wish. Every time I went to citi trends i felt welcome.

I've always loved citi trends.Always felt welcomed every time I went.People didn't judge me for the way I dressed and the way I talked.
