I Have been coming to this office since the first time she opened an office, they have a wonderful staff and Dr Valenti is fantastic with animals.

I've had several dogs over the years and this is the first clinic to which my dog LOVES to go! He gets so excited to see the staff. He and I are treated respectfully. The Dr's explain treatment options including "let's wait and see" rather than over medicating or insisting on all possible tests & medicines. I like the staff and the doctors. They have an office Cat and an office Dachshund. The appointments I have made have been kept on time without excessive delay. I have recommended them to several friends.

I took my kitten to this office for the first time this week, I was expecting a good experience because the lady that booked my appointment over the phone was really nice, but when I got there I was very disappointed. The reception ladies weren't necessarily rude but they were not very welcoming nor were they pleasant in any way. Then when they called us back to the exam room I told the Doctor to be careful because he bites when he gets scared and she was a complete smart a** and then the rest of the time she talked to me like i was stupid. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We have used Cliffdale Animal Hospital for about 5 years now. I am very happy with the care they provide!! I have called around and compared prices on shots and different procedures, and they are by far the most reasonable. We recently moved across town and there are several vets which are closer, but the longer drive is well worth the quality of care we receive and the money we save at Cliffdale Animal Hospital.
