Provided by YP.comI have been going to this Dentist for a few years. My two children and I. Everyone was nice enough. I don't understand the mix up with an October appointment but any way my daughter was in the Emergency Room Monday night I was told to keep her home because she was contagious I called the Dentist office Tuesday to reschedule her appointment and I was told I could not due to their policy. POLICY..The child is sick/contagious. How stupid & uncaring is that. I guess people are not important to them.
Patricia- We appreciate your loyalty over the years, and it has been our pleasure treating your family during this time. However our office does have a strict policy about canceling appointments, and without enough notice before hand we are unable to reschedule an appointment that has been booked. Provided by YPmobileThe people working the front desk at College Lakes Family Dentistry are extremely nasty to walk in patients! Very snappy and smart mouthed! I would NOT send anyone there to have ANYTHING, EVER!

Provided by YP.comI went expecting the worst and was so very pleasantly surprised. The staff was curtious, helpful and friendly. I was more than a little anxious and everyone was patient with me. I had not taken care of my teeth the way I should have and rather than scowl and scold me the dentist was straight forward yet still kind. I highly recommend this facility for all your families dental care needs. The only negative I could say was that when making an appointment book way in advance because they are booked up for a least a month ahead right now. So if you are having a dental emergency like the gentalmen in the first review this facility may not be the place for you. His and my experiences were like night and day and I wonder if the pain he was in reflected in his review.

Provided by YP.comThis is a new business with a nice new office but lacking in professionalism. I had a new patient exam scheduled for later this month but while waiting for that date I needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth. They called and asked me to come in for the emergency procedure. When I got there they said they did not have my insurance information. I knew that was wrong because my wife had recently been seen there and we have received billing statements in the mail. When they called me into the exam room I told the Doctor of my broken tooth immediately. They started with x-rays and the exam. The whole time this was going on the assistants were carrying conversations back and forth over me as I was in the chair like I was not there. The Doctor sent me home without performing the emergency procedure that I was there for and asked me to come back two days later requiring me to take another day off from work. I called the next day to cancel that appointment due to work issues and I was wanting to keep my original appointment that I currently had for later this month. They said they had already canceled that appointment (without telling me) and wanted to reschedule my emergency procedure for November more than three months away. Three months of waiting with a broken tooth? Not me, not with this dentist! It seems the Doctor only wanted to perform her quick exam so she could bill my insurance and didn't care about my emergency procedure.
