Worst experience I ever had trying to buy a new vehicle, Josh in finance totally rude unhelpful , unprofessional and arrogant, find someone that appreciates your business this is not your dealer.

Regardless of the previous reviews, I must say that I felt/feel very comfortable with Fords. Now I have not purchased a vehicle from them, but the Quick Lane & service area are awesome! Of course, there is going to be a wait at times, but they are super friendly and wonderful at answering my questions. I would totally recommend them. :-D

Very Unprofessional; Please be on your Toes and prepared to be waited out ( Iced ). These people will Lie, cheat and Steal.. Honestly, just drive the extra 15 mins and save the hassle.

This dealership is terrible. I walked out of there with a car that I loved in June, and walked out again in July without a car due to ZERO fault of my own. We are pretty sure we were lied to about more than one thing. We aren't really sure because we heard something new almost every time we had to deal with someone else. An issue with the previous owner of my car's paperwork and pay off. An issue with the previous owner's power of attorney. Registration will be in any day even though my lending bank didn't get the title application until a month AFTER I purchased the car. The previous bank lost the title. Which is true? All? One? None? Who knows. Maybe if they hadn't sold me a vehicle without making sure that the previous owner's paperwork was correct, they wouldn't have lost a customer. I will never do business with Crown Ford again. Thankfully there are two Ford dealerships in town.

NIf you dont have to deal with these guys dont! They will cheat you in a heart beat. I just bought a vehicle from them and they tried to make me buy a warranty that I refused then after we left they tacked the price on to the sales price and told the bank that is how much we agree to pay for the vehicle. Also it took three weeks and two managers to get them to send the information to the bank so the bank could release the funds. They were very rude any time you called them and while we were in the office the employee was on speaker phone talking inappropriatly to the receptionist. Something no one else should have heard. These guys will cheat you in a heart beat. Military stay away do not deal with them!

great service and very nice and helpful sales reps. they try their very best to help you even if it takes all day!
